In the unlikely event of your problems persisting, we’ll send an engineer to your site - at no extra cost. In a dedicated section on our website, our customers fill in an online form which asks for name, company name and the nature of the fault. When the ‘submit’ button is pressed our technicians take over the call, and then control your PC in seconds - as if they were sitting in front of it. MONITORING AND MAINTENANCEWe will also constantly monitor your server to pick up potential problems and check that the back-up and anti-virus software is working as it should. And we’re more than happy to carry out remote admin tasks too – such as creating and deleting users and e-mail addresses. We also make scheduled visits to your premises to perform preventative maintenance and make sure that all equipment is fully updated with the relevant service packs and security patches. |
